We welcome returns for non-edible, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of your purchase. The simplest way to initiate a refund or return request is to:

Why can't we accept returns for tea or other edible products?
Due to global CFIA and FDA regulations, we cannot accept refunds for opened food packages. However, don't worry - if you have an issue with a consumable product after opening, just reach out to us so we can help resolve it.
Package damage: If your tea is damaged during shipping and you have photographic evidence of the damage along with a full set of unopened tea bags, please contact us with the attached photos so we can address the issue.
Additional return, shipping, and other policy details:
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for 'change of mind' cases or if you forget to use a discount code.
- If you forget to skip or cancel a subscription, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
- Price matching: If Ariana has a sale within 5 days of your purchase, contact us within 14 days to request a refund for the price difference.
- Refund Process: Non-consumable products approved for return must be received in their original condition within 30 days of the return label being issued before processing a refund. Once issued, refunds may take 3-5 days to appear on your bank statement.
- 3rd party refunds: We don't offer refunds or exchanges for Ariana's products bought through our retail vendors, but we'll try our best to help you find a solution.
- Damaged outer packaging: For sustainability reasons, we try to avoid refunds and returns for outer packaging damage that may occur during shipping, as it usually doesn't affect the product's functionality. If perfect outer packaging is necessary for a valid reason, we'll consider returns on a case-by-case basis and review the attached photos of the packaging damage.
- We don't offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
- Lost orders: We will refund or reship lost orders if we're notified within 30 days of your order date.
- We don't offer exchanges.
